Mrs James ("Aunt James") (d. 1666). Probably a married sister of Thomas Fenner. Pepys usually met her in his company or that of his children, and at her death she left bequests to the Joyces and to Sarah Giles. Ther are some indocations in the diary that she may have lived in Wales.
