8vo.; [12], 289, [1] p., [2] leaves of plates : ports. Title page in red and black. With two engraved portraits of Waller (plates), one aged 23 and one aged 76, preceding title page; each is signed "P. Vandrebanc sculp.", and the one of the older Waller is also signed "P. Lely pinxit". Leaf K8 is a cancel, originally printed as leaf R8. This edition includes Waller’s "A speech at a conference of both houses" (p. 255-270).
