Thursday 15 March 1659/60 Does not seem to be married to a Pauline. {as ref above]then there is another Alcock that his fathers wants Sam to get into the Navy as a ships carpenter 24th june 62 The one april 7th is a resident of Chatham

From L&M Companion Pepys's 'cousin';presumably grandson of Elizabeth Pepys of Cottenham who married Henry Alcock of Rampton, Cambs., in 1593. A Grisel Alcock, widow, was living in Brampton, Hunts., in 1666.
