Originally a Dutch surname, also spelled “Tryon”.
The robbery of Francis Tryon/Tryan and the principal perpetrator are summarized in the surprising biography of Colonel James Turner, from the classic “Newgate Calendar”

There is a reference to a Francis Tryon of St. Dionis Backchurch (street), in “The Inhabitants of London, 1638” with a “True Rent” of £30 and “Mod. Rent” of £22, but it is unknown if this is our man.
‘Inhabitants of London in 1638: St. Dionis Backchurch’, The inhabitants of London in 1638 (1931), pp. 47-8. URL: http://www.british-history.ac.uk/report.asp?compid=32004. Date accessed: 09 January 2007
There is no reference in the L&M Companion.
Just noticed that this Francis Tryon is listed on the above cited page on Lime St in the St. Dionis Backchurch area, so it quite likely is our man.

The second one works as is.
