Secretary to the Committee of Trade 1660-3, 1667-?; to the Fishery Corporation 1664-?7; and possibly to Sir. George Downing at the Hague 1664. Perhaps the Mr. Duke who opposed Pepys’ candidature in the bye-election at Aldeburgh in 1669.
