(1638-96). Broker of Mincing Lane. A Tory Common Councilman in 1682. His wife (m.. 1664) was Katherine, daughter of George [ Uncle George http://www.pepysdiary.com/p/2724.php ] and Sarah Norberry of Islington, and niece of William Wright. [ Uncle Wright http://www.pepysdiary.com/p/911.php ] He is described in a legal document of 1679 as ‘of Bishop’s Stortford, gent.’
