Per L&M Companion:-
His [Penn’s] wife, whom he married in June 1643, was Margaret, daughter of John and Marie Jasper of Ballycase, co. Claire and widow of Nicasius ‘Vanderscure’ (van der Schuren), of Kilconry, co. Claire. Both her father and her first husband were Dutch. She died 1n 1682 and was buried at Walthamstow.
