    Swedish ship (Capt. Jean-Francois Vlaming) captured mid-February, 1667, by the privateer hired by Pepys, Penn and Batten — the Flying Greyhound. http://www.pepysdiary.com/p/10396.php The prize-claim case was heard 28-9 March 1667 in the court of Admiralty and 22 May by the Lords of Appeal.
