As mentioned in the annotations, The above isn’t the same Broad Street. Broad Street used to exist in Lambeth covering the river end of what is now Black Prince Road, the other end used to be Princes Road. It changed sometime between 1920ish and 1940ish.
In the 1660’s Broad Street included what’s Fig Street on the 1746 map running NE from Threadneedle St. and not just its extension beyond Throgmorton St.
