Pepys might have been correct,
another possibility is:-
Novum ac magnum theatrum urbium Belgicae ...
Amsterdam: Jan Blaeu, 1649. 2 vols., fo.
This would be consistent with viewing the "Flandria Illustrata" at the same time.
