SP's cousin, of Parson Drove, Cambs. Per L&M Companion, son of John Perkin, who married Jane, sister of Sam's father. Frank had 3 sisters, Jane, Mary, and Elizabeth. They were all closely connected with Sam's uncle Robert of Brampton: Mother Jane and all her children received some money in his will, and daughter Jane was brought up at Brampton.
Frank had initially been a miller, but by May 1661 his mill had blown down. Uncle Robert asked our Sam for the fiddle Frank played for his livelihood after that.

Parsons Drove 4-5 miles west of Wisbech in Drove country;
