Bull Head ("Benson's", Cheapside) where Pepys et al dined awaiting the fate London to be decided by the army under George Monck in 1660.

Bull Head,. Possibly the Bull Head in New Palace Yard kept in the 1650s by Hugh Steadman, halfway down the n. side of the yard and assessed on 6 hearths in 1664. (L&M Companion) The New Palace Yard is at the bottom of this map.
