William Seymour (3rd Duke of Somerset)
William, duke of Somerset, was son of Henry lord Beauchamp, by Mary, daughter of Arthur, lord Capel. He succeeded his grandfather William, who, on the 25th of April, 1660, was restored to the title of duke of Somerset, forfeited by the attainder of his great-grandfather, in the reign of Edward VI.
